In 2022, Michael led his team to #1 in all three categories.
Today, as the CEO of BAR Automotive, Michael extends his transformative touch to dealerships nationwide, helping them architect the most efficient and profitable service departments. His career, starting in 2000, is driven by a passion for creating departments that are innovative, expansive, and customer-focused. He holds prestigious certifications, including Master Certified Service Manager status with Ford, Toyota, General Motors, Hyundai, and Mercedes Benz, and is a Hybrid System Certified Service Director, ensuring he stays ahead of industry trends and technologies.

Throughout his career, David has consistently delivered exceptional results. Leading high-volume dealerships such as Daytona Dodge Chrysler Jeep & Ram and Savannah Toyota, he significantly enhanced service efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability. At Hanania Automotive, he spearheaded the growth of newly acquired franchises and executed comprehensive training programs, while at Asbury Automotive Group, he implemented strategies that improved service department efficiency and profitability across multiple dealerships.

His tenure at various dealerships, including Legacy Toyota, Elgin Toyota, Coggin Toyota, Grossinger Hyundai and Kia, and AutoHaus on Edens / Northbrook Toyota, has seen him manage high-volume service departments, drive customer retention, and oversee all fixed operations functions, from advertising and budgeting to forecasting and daily operations.
